You have the option to fill out this form anonymously by not providing your personal details. However, we still require the address of the rental property related to the complaint. Please note that if you choose to file an anonymous report, we may not be able to process your complaint due to a lack of necessary information.
Personal data is only processed within the Tenant Reporting Center’s records and is required for properly handling the complaint. Personal data will never be shared with the landlord.

Important: The Wet goed verhuurderschap has been applicable to all landlords in the Netherlands since July 1, 2023. However, the obligation to provide tenant information applies to all rental agreements starting January 1, 2024.
